Compelling? Sure. Incendiary? Absolutely. But if you’ve ever heard Eric Strauss behind a mic, you know those words barely scratch the surface. Strauss doesn’t do safe. He shows up, flips the table, and dares you to keep up.
A Westside Albuquerque native, Strauss is a Golden Apple Award-winning, National Board Certified educator with 26+ years in the classroom. Double major in English and History from University of New Mexico, plus a Master’s in Administration. He’s also a motivational speaker, DJ, professional boxing announcer, and owner of Achievement Driving School in the North Valley.
Off the air, he’s a board member and spokesman for Los Ojos De La Familia, staying active in the community. One night he’s DJ’ing, the next he’s in a boxing ring firing up a crowd.
On air, it’s a different gear.
The House of Strauss, Monday through Friday, 6pm to 8pm, is raw, unfiltered, and unapologetic. No scripts, no guardrails, just high-impact talk that makes you react.
