A man wanted for aggravated assault, child abuse, and battery on a household member is still at large. Albuquerque Police say 43-year-old Otha Shamburger was last seen in the area of Spain and Wyoming- triggering a shelter-in-place advisory for the Spain Gardens Apartments for several hours Sunday evening. Police say Shamburger is considered armed and dangerous. It’s believed he has an extensive criminal history out of California.
