No Decision On UNM President’s Job

No decision from the UNM Board of Regents Wednesday on whether School Board President Bob Frank would be suspended or fired. It follows Frank’s lawyer filing a tort claim requesting answers to confidential documents he says were leaked.

The Regents held a 3-and-a-half hour emergency meeting Wednesday to discuss Frank after they got a report that said the President had created a hostile working environment. Frank now wants an independent investigation into the documents he says were leaked to the media.

Frank leaves the President’s job in May for a job with UNM’s Health Sciences Center.
