I’m looking forward to watching Super Bowl 50 this weekend. The Denver Broncos vs. the Carolina Panthers. Super Bowl Sunday is also one of the biggest food days of the year. We eat a lot– 1.3 billion chicken wings, and 8-million pounds of guacamole will be consumed on Sunday. That’s just a start. I’ll be making baby back ribs for the family to eat as part of our Super Bowl feast. I don’t really have a rooting interest in the game, but I will be pulling for Denver to win because I’d like to see Peyton Manning win a 2nd championship before he retires.
My prediction- Denver 24 Carolina 20.
