Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — An elderly Santa Fe woman pled no contest to killing her husband and wounding another woman in 2021, but is not going to prison. 78-year-old Sheryl Graeb was given 5-years of supervised probation Wednesday after having already served 40-months in jail. Prosecutors say the woman shot her naked 75-year-old husband as he made advances on another woman. The man died and the woman was wounded.
