Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A second suspect is now charged in the August shooting south of downtown Albuquerque that killed a 13-year-old boy. 21-year-old Thomas Acee is accused of firing the gun that struck a car at 4th and Atlantic Southwest, killing Michael Tubb and wounding a teenaged girl. Acee is facing an open count of murder, while the driver of the vehicle Acee was in, Michael Flores, was arrested in October. Both now face a long list of felony charges.
