Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Vice President of Espanola Public Schools will not be facing charges of filing a false police report. The department decided to dismiss the misdemeanor against Ruben Archuleta who claimed a man followed him out of a June school board meeting and threatened him. Surveillance video and an investigation did not support the claim, according to police, and the false report charge was filed. The reason for dropping the charge was not provided.
