Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The ABQ BioPark is saluting military personnel this Veterans Day with $1 admission on Saturday, November 11.
“The ABQ BioPark is pleased to offer this special discount to those who have served this country,” said Allyson Zahm, ABQ BioPark guest experience manager. “This Veterans Day, we express our gratitude to all of our veterans and current service members.”
In addition, up to five family members accompanying the veteran or military personnel may gain admission to the ABQ BioPark for $1 each. The veteran or active personnel must be in attendance. Presentation of a valid military or veteran’s ID card is required at the gate.
The special admission is for one-time use at the Zoo OR Aquarium/Botanic Garden.
The ABQ BioPark recently opened its new Asia habitat. This innovative new addition to the Zoo provides an entirely new point of view of iconic wildlife such as snow leopards, Malayan tigers, Steller’s sea eagles, siamangs and orangutans.
