Albuquerque,NM (KKOB) — A serial arsonist in the Wells Park neighborhood has at least one business owner fed up with the situation.
Sam Hebert, the owner of German Precision, says that his neighbor–Anthony Tolbert, was spotted on Heberts surveillance camera lighting a Volkswagen Jetta on fire and watching it burn.
In reviewing court records, KOB TV found that Tolbert has been arrested 15 times this year for breaking and entering, criminal trespassing and arson.
Those records also show that Tolbert was always found incompetent and released with no consequences.
The frustrated Hebert says that “You either need to be locked in jail or you need to be in a psychiatric hospital. Not back on the street.”
