Deadline to File Against Priests Has Now Passed

LAS CRUCES POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED A MAN SHOT AND KILLED BY OFFICERS EARLY MONDAY AS 35 YEAR OLD FRANCISCO “PACO” TARIN, WHO RESIDED IN LAS CRUCES AND ROSWELL. POLICE SAY TARIN DIED IN AN EXCHANGE OF GUNFIRE WITH OFFICERS NEAR A HOME DEPOT.

OFFICERS FROM FOUR AGENCIES…LAS CRUCES POLICE, THE DONA ANA COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE, STATE POLICE AND THE U.S. BORDER PATROL DISCHARGED THEIR WEAPONS, HITTING TARIN MULTIPLE TIMES. THREE OFFICERS SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES.
