WHEN HE WAS INDICTED IN 2015, FEDERAL PROSECUTORS SAY MOYA WAS ALREADY SERVING A SIX YEAR PRISON SENTENCE FOR A PREVIOUS HEROIN TRAFFICKING CHARGE.
WEISS DIED OF A HEROIN OVERDOSE IN AUGUST OF 2011. MOYA REMAINS IN FEDERAL CUSTODY PENDING HIS SENTENCING HEARING.
