
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — 34 year old Devin Wade Wyaco, is facing anywhere from 10 years to life in prison. This after pleading guilty to federal gun charges in connection with the shooting of a cyclist in the outer boundaries of the Zuni Pueblo. The victim was riding a bicycle when Wyaco shot him in the abdomen from the passenger side of his girlfriend’s vehicle.Transported to UNM Hospital, the victim survived. Wyaco’s prior convictions include possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer.
