Sex traffickers facing federal charges

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A pair of alleged pimps who brought 2 young girls from California to sex traffic on the streets of Albuquerque are now facing federal charges. 25-year-old Roderick Norseweather and 21-year-old Tajanae Johnson were arrested by police in connection with a 14 and 15-year-old girl seen in photos practically naked while soliciting on Central Avenue a month ago. The US Attorney says Norseweather and Johnson will remain in custody, and could face 15 years to life for sex trafficking minors. There is no parole for federal crimes.
