Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A law enforcement investigation in Jal, New Mexico, has led to the discovery of 10 to 20 human skulls after a tip from a local resident. The investigation began on November 5th when a resident reported encountering Cecil Villanueva, who was carrying bags containing what appeared to be human bones. Further searches of a property on South Fourth Street on Nov. 6 and Nov. 9 uncovered additional bone fragments, including skulls. The remains are being sent to the Office of the Medical Investigator for identification.
