Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — After the owner’s license was revoked in August because of numerous violations, 170,000 pounds of cannabis on two properties in Waterflow, NM was eradicated last month. New Mexico State Police say that NNK Equities, the out-of-state owner, had exceeded its allotted plant count and the organization showed a blatant disregard for the laws of the state. The Cannabis Control Division sought and received a temporary restraining order on Sept. 30th, and NNK was told to cease all cannabis production on both properties. The case will be forwarded to the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s office, where charges for illegal cannabis grow will be filed.
