Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Biden Administration has approved a federal disaster declaration for last month’s flooding in Roswell and Chaves County. Governor Lujan Grisham’s office requested the declaration, and it was approved on Friday. It will provide funding for things like debris removal, damage repair and replacement and loans to businesses to help them recover. Those impacted will apply with FEMA for assistance.
