Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Albuquerque International Sunport is losing altitude when it comes to customer satisfaction, according to the annual study by J-D Powers. Among medium-sized airports, the Sunport fell from 5th place last year to 12th on the list. The Powers report notes a nearly 13-percent increase in passengers year-over-year in Albuquerque, which they say tends to lead to more complaints.
