Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A Texas-based hospital group, Exceptional Healthcare, is bringing a new facility to Farmington. Officials say, they plan to establish a full-service emergency department, onsite lab, and single-occupancy inpatient rooms. The emergency department will be open 24 hours a day. Bruce McVeigh, chief operating officer for Exceptional Community Hospital, says patients seeking emergency medical care can expect a shorter wait time with their experienced providers and staff they want to ensure each patient receives a personalized care plan during their visit. The hospital is set to open in 2025.
