SHE SAYS THE INMATES ARE MONITORED WHILE THEY’RE OUT OF JAIL BUT ARE NOW BACK INSIDE DUE TO THEIR BEING INELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM. SHE ALSO SAYS THE PERSON WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF THE COMMUNITY CUSTODY PROGRAM RETIRED RECENTLY. SOME OF THE INMATES ARE CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE, DWI, AND AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON.
