HIS OFFICE, ALONG WITH REMAINDER OF THE STATE’S CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION, HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THE U-S DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IS AWARDING A TOTAL OF 600-THOUSAND DOLLARS TO ORGANIZATIONS IN NEW MEXICO TO HELP FUND THE FIGHT AGAINST OPIOID ADDICTION.
THE GROUPS NAMED ARE THE “SANTA FE RECOVERY CENTER” IN SANTA FE, THE “SOUTHWEST CENTER FOR HEALTH INNOVATION” IN SILVER CITY, AND “CAPACITY BUILDERS” IN FARMINGTON. EACH WILL GET 200-THOUSAND DOLLARS.
