Prosecutors Want Suspect Release Reconsidered

PROSECUTORS WANT A JUDGE TO RECONSIDER THE RELEASE CONDITIONS FOR DOMINIC MARTINEZ, THE MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING COUSINS KAYDEN AND JAKOB MONTOYA LAST NOVEMBER IN A CAR CRASH ON ALBUQUERQUE’S WEST SIDE. KOB TV REPORTS A NEWLY FILED MOTION SAYS THE JUDGE WAS NOT AWARE MARTINEZ WAS ON PROBATION TWICE BEFORE THE CRASH FOR SPEEDING.

PROSECUTORS NOW WANT ANOTHER JUDGE OVERSEEING THE CASE TO SUSPEND MARTINEZ’S DRIVING PRIVILEGES WHILE HE WAITS TO GO TRIAL.
