MAEZ TELLS NEWSRADIO KKOB THAT OVER A RECENT FIVE YEAR PERIOD, MORE THAN 22-HUNDRED PEOPLE WERE HURT OR KILLED IN CRASHES IN NEW MEXICO BECAUSE THEY WEREN’T WEARING A SEAT BELT.
