WITH THE DORMITORIES AT EXPO NEW MEXICO EXPECTED TO BE USED TO HOUSE ASYLUM-SEEKING MIGRANTS, NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY HAS DECIDED TO MOVE ITS ANNUAL 4-H HORSE SCHOOL TO LAS CRUCES. THE PROGRAM WAS TO BE HELD AT THE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE EARLY NEXT MONTH. THE ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL REPORTS THAT NMSU AND EXPO OFFICIALS DISCUSSED OTHER HOUSING OPTIONS AT THE FAIRGROUNDS, BUT A UNIVERSITY SPOKESMAN SAYS IT WASN’T GOING TO WORK.
