DAVON LYMON’S SENTENCING IS NOW SET FOR TUESDAY. LYMON, CONVICTED LAST MONTH IN THE MURDER OF APD OFFICER DANIEL WEBSTER, WAS TO BE SENTENCED LAST FRIDAY, BUT INSTEAD A HEARING WAS HELD AFTER LYMON’S LAWYERS ASKED FOR A NEW TRIAL, CLAIMING THERE WAS IMPROPER CONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE ONE OF THE JURORS. KOB AND KRQE TV ARE BOTH REPORTING THAT THE JUDGE REFUSED TO GRANT THE REQUEST.
LYMON, WHO’S ALREADY BEEN SENTENCED TO DECADES IN FEDERAL PRISON ON GUN AND DRUG CHARGES, COULD GET A LIFE SENTENCE FOR THE WEBSTER MURDER.
