HOPKINS WAS ARRESTED APRIL 20TH NEAR THE BORDER IN SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO WHERE HIS GROUP WAS REPORTEDLY DETAINING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AT GUNPOINT. HE COULD GET TEN YEARS IN PRISON IF CONVICTED.
