THE FBI AND THE ALBUQUERQUE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS CAPTURED 24 YEAR OLD JEYDEN BAILEY BARNHILL. SHE WAS WANTED ON A FEDERAL ARREST WARRANT FOR ALLEGEDLY NOT RETURNING TO COURT AFTER HER PRE-TRIAL RELEASE. THE FBI AND APD CAUGHT BARNHILL SATURDAY DURING A TRAFFIC STOP IN ALBUQUERQUE.
BARNHILL WAS AMONG PEOPLE WHO WERE ARRESTED IN A MULTI-AGENCY LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION ON MARCH 29TH THIS YEAR IN SOUTHEAST ALBUQUERQUE. BARNHILL’S PRE-TRIAL RELEASE WAS INITIATED ON APRIL 1ST WHEN SHE ENTERED LA PASADA HALFWAY HOUSE. SHE LEFT THERE THE NEXT DAY.
SHE’S CHARGED WITH A FEDERAL COMPLAINT WITH THE HOBBS ACT ARMED ROBBERY, POSSESSING A STOLEN FIREARM AND A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, ALSO POSSESSING A FIREARM, CONSPIRACY AND AIDING AND ABETTING.
