Key Witness Testifies Again in Lymon Trial

ANOTHER DAY ON THE WITNESS STAND FOR 21 YEAR OLD SAVANNAH GARCIA. A KEY WITNESS IN THE MURDER TRIAL OF DAVON LYMON. HE’S BEING TRIED FOR THE 2015 SHOOTING DEATH OF APD OFFICER DANIEL WEBSTER. GARCIA TOLD THE COURT THERE ARE DAYS WHEN SHE REMEMBERS WHAT HAPPENED THE DAY WEBSTER WAS KILLED … AND OTHER DAYS WHEN SHE RECALLS NOTHING. SHE WAS CROSS EXAMINED BY DEFENSE LAWYER TOM CLARK MONDAY AND TOLD HIM HER MEMORY WAS SPOTTY.

GARCIA WAS WITH LYMON ON HIS MOTORCYCLE THAT DAY IN 2015 , DRIVING AROUND TOWN MAKING DRUG DROP-OFFS BEFORE LYMON ALLEGEDLY SHOT WEBSTER TO DEATH NEAR CENTRAL AND EUBANK. WEBSTER HAD PULLED THE TWO OVER BECAUSE THE BIKE HAD A STOLEN LICENSE PLATE.
