Local “Boy” Moves to Houston Astros

ALEX BREGMAN ALREADY DOES PRETTY WELL FINANCIALLY…BUT HE’S GOING TO BE GETTING A LOT RICHER. THE ALBUQUERQUE NATIVE HAS REPORTEDLY AGREED TO A DEAL WITH THE HOUSTON ASTROS THAT WILL PAY HIM 100-MILLION DOLLARS OVER SIX YEARS.

THE 24 YEAR OLD, THE SON OF ALBUQUERQUE ATTORNEY SAM BREGMAN, HAS ALREADY HAD GREAT SUCCESS IN THE MAJORS…HELPING LEAD THE ASTROS TO A WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2017…THEN LAST YEAR BEING NAMED M-V-P IN HIS FIRST ALL STAR GAME. BREGMAN HAD A .286 BATTING AVERAGE LAST SEASON, WITH 31 HOME RUNS AND 103 RBI’S. BREGMAN ALSO LED THE MAJORS WITH 51 DOUBLES.
