IT’S LOOKING LESS AND LESS LIKELY THAT THE NEW MEXICO LEGISLATURE WILL APPROVE RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA THIS SESSION. THE HOUSE NARROWLY PASSED A BILL LEGALIZING MARIJUANA…BUT, IT HAS STALLED IN THE SENATE. THE VOTES APPARENTLY AREN’T THERE TO PASS THE MEASURE OUT OF THE SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE.
