THE “SANTA FE NEW MEXICAN” REPORTS THAT ACCORDING TO THE SANTA FE COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE A THIRD OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT’S REGISTERED VOTERS MAILED-IN OR HAND DELIVERED THEIR BALLOTS.
