THE ARRAIGNMENT FOR FORMER UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO ATHLETICS DIRECTOR PAUL KREBS HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK TO FRIDAY. IT WAS TO HAVE BEEN HELD ON MONDAY BUT THE JUDGE QUESTIONED THE WAY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE HAD INITIATED THE CASE, SINCE THERE WAS NO CRIMINAL INFORMATION OR INDICTMENT.
KREBS IS CHARGED WITH FIVE FELONIES, INCLUDING ALLEGATIONS THAT HE DESTROYED DOCUMENTS AND INTERFERED WITH THE RELEASE OF PUBLIC RECORDS RELATED TO A GOLF OUTING TO SCOTLAND IN 2015.
