The two people charged with stealing a van and crashing into and killing a mother and daughter in ABQ on January 18th will be back in court on Tuesday. Elexus Groves and Paul Garcia are both charged with the murders of 14-year-old Shaylee Boling and her mother, Shuanna Arredondo.
Groves is being held without bond and is expected back in court Tuesday. She was on crutches when she appeared in court yesterday after injuring herself in another crash in the stolen van.
Garcia is due in court for his preliminary examination hearing this afternoon.
