A lawsuit has been filed over a triple fatality drunk driving crash that happened in Albuquerque in November of 2015. The Albuquerque Journal reports the person filing the suit, Adrian Montelongo, was a passenger in the car that crashed into another vehicle, killing three people. The driver was Jacob Jaramillo, who’s now serving a 16-year prison sentence. The suit says Jaramillo was speeding and under the influence when the accident occurred, causing  Montelongo’s injuries.
