Warmer and drier than normal. That was the weather story for New Mexico last year. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque says, while the final numbers haven’t been compiled, 2016 will go down as one of the warmest years on record in New Mexico.
But we should be used to it. The Weather Service says New Mexico hasn’t had below normal temperatures since 1992.
