A man accused of torching the Old Navy store at I-40 and San Mateo in Albuquerque could get up to 20 years in prison if found guilty. David Hickman was arraigned Tuesday in Federal Court on a charge of using fire to damage or destroy a building used in interstate commerce. He entered a not guilty plea.
The FBI believes Hickman is also responsible for several other fires that were set in late November.
