PNM is going after another rate hike. This after regulators approved a separate rate hike in September that was only about half of what PNM was requesting. Now the utilitly is asking the Public Regulation Commission to approve a rate hike of 13% for residential customers.
If approved, that increase would be spread out over two years and would raise $99 Million.
