Two women and a man are in custody in the Taos area after the women allegedly shot at a State Police Officer Monday night. The officer wasn’t hit but his patrol vehicle was struck several times. 32-year-old Jenny Trujillo and 35-year-old Diana Castro are both facing multiple charges after being arrested Monday night. Trujillo is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault on a peace officer, fleeing and harboring or aiding a felon. Castro is charged with resisting, evading or obstructing law enforcement. A third suspect, 30-year-old Juan David Gonzales who is also known as “Bashful” was arrested Tuesday morning. No word on what charges he faces.
