The general election results in New Mexico have been certified by the State Canvassing Board. The Associated Press reports that board members have also initiated automatic recounts in three legislative races where the margin of victory was less than one percent. If nothing changes, the Democrats will have a 38-32 advantage in the House and a 26-16 majority in the Senate.
