The Fatback Nation Beer and Bacon of the Week

The beer this week is Dogfish Head's 90 minute IPA. My wife brought me this beer from California. It's currently unavailable in New Mexico. 90 minute IPA is an imperial IPA with plenty of hops but has a sweet malty balance. This is almost a perfect beer. 

The bacon is Wellshire Farms' precooked black forest bacon. I've never been a fan of precooked bacon and after trying Wellshire's version, I'm still not a fan. This is probably the best precooked bacon on the market but there is no substitute for bacon you cook yourself. It's very thin and almost "see through". The flavor is decent and there is a convenience factor… that's all the positives.
