Three people in the Los Lunas area are facing charges after authorities say they kidnapped a 23-year-old woman with mental disabilities, beat her and forced her to have sex. Amanda Gutierrez, Jose Nevarez-Olivas and Jesse Rafael are charged with first-degree kidnapping and human trafficking. The Valencia County Sheriff's Office says the woman was held at gunpoint by Rafael after she got into a van with him, and that she was forced to have sex in exchange for money or drugs.
