A grand jury is expected to look into an officer-involving shooting of a 19-year-old man killed outside Tularosa Elementary School during a shootout. The 12th Judicial District Attorney's Office plans to present to a grand jury information about the April shooting of Jesse Vigil. Authorities say Vigil was shot and killed after he refused an officer order to stop and exchanged gunfire with authorities. Police say the officer believed Vigil had a warrant out for his arrest.
